We continue to grow with the acquisition of Lleego
At Juniper Travel Technology, we are excited to announce the acquisition of Lleego, an innovative travel software company specializing in flight management and booking.
With this acquisition, Lleego joins our portfolio of business units, which belongs to the travel vertical of Juniper Group, an operating group of Vela Software (“Vela”) and Constellation Software, Inc. (“CSI”) (TSX). This merger will significantly enhance Lleego‘s business unit, allowing it to take advantage of new market opportunities and expand its global presence as a provider of advanced flight management and booking solutions. The synergy will strengthen both companies and allow Lleego to continue to innovate and grow, consolidating its position as a benchmark in the travel technology sector.
In addition, this addition allows us to expand the verticals that power our Juniper Booking Engine product, creating the new Juniper Flights by Lleego division and thus enhancing our flight technology. Juniper Flights by Lleego merges the Juniper Booking Engine and Lleego solutions, creating a comprehensive technology platform for flight distribution aimed at travel agencies, tour operators and other companies in the travel industry.
