NTIncoming has started activities in Spain and Andorra, having opened nine offices, with a staff of close to 100 people. This Incoming Agency specialises in the Eastern European markets. Their main office is located in Santa Susana (Barcelona Coast, El Maresme). Currently, they are already operational in their offices in Andora, Salou, Balearic Islands, Benidorm, Malaga, Tenerife, Ibiza and Almeria.
NT Incoming’s objectives in this new development is the collaboration with Natalie Tours and maintain the number of Eastern European visitors coming to Spain, as well as open new markets from Central Europe de Europa, such as Italy and Holland. 50% of the 300.000 tourists expected to be handled by NT Incoming is expected to come from Russia, and the other 50% coming from other Countries of the EU, as well as from Ukraine. It is forecasted that in 2009 over 100 Million Euros will be Invoiced.
NT Incoming has advised that collaboration agreements have already been reached with over 3.000 Accommodation Properties, and expects to reach over 5.000 to cover the coming Season with a suitable offer with maximum quality and variety.
The distribution platform and product management system chosen by NTincoming has been the Juniper Booking Engine which allows them a centralised management system of all their operations. This distribution platform is capable of managing every kind of Supplier contract, including pre-bought guaranteed room contracts. At the same time, this platform has an XML interface which allows the connectivity to those clients that need to offer NTincoming’s online product or who simply wants to automate their bookings.
