The last 7th and 8th of June took place the Project Management, Support and Training Off-site in the Palma headquarters.
It was two days where the team discussed ideas, processes and new ways of working together towards key objectives. With the aim to boost the productivity of the team and measure the compliance with the quality standards, several talks were made. Among them, Juan Mateos -General Manager- participated. Their teammates from Cali, Perú and Brasil also took part in the event and worked together in teams.
The journey concluded with leisure activities in which the teammates could enjoy a dinner with views to the promenade, discovering Palma streets through collaborative activities and playing mini golf, amongst others.
